Privacy Policy

Learning Axis Private Limited ("Learning Axis", "we", "our", "us") is a company incorporated in India. We operate the website www.learningaxis.in, publish mobile applications on the Google Play Store, and own and operate the products described in Section 1 below — including Prerna AI, Pragati360 and CodeYourCraft (together with the website and our other apps, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website and to all products and apps published by Learning Axis Private Limited, unless a specific product publishes its own privacy policy, in which case that policy applies together with this one.

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Products

• Prerna AI — an AI-powered health and wellness coaching app. Prerna AI lets you set wellness goals, track healthy habits and talk to an AI coach through in-app chat and voice calls.
• Pragati360 — an AI-powered marketing automation platform for businesses. Pragati360 helps you automatically create marketing content and schedule and publish posts to the social media and marketing accounts you connect.
• CodeYourCraft (CYC) — an online coding education and competitive programming platform where you can learn programming, practise problems and participate in coding contests with scores, rankings and leaderboards.

We may launch additional apps and products from time to time. This policy applies to them as well unless they publish their own policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Account information — when you create an account in any of our products, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, date of birth or age, and gender (where you choose to provide it). If you sign in with Google or another supported sign-in provider, we receive basic profile information from that provider. Passwords are stored only in encrypted (hashed) form.
• Contact information — if you email us at info@learningaxis.in, we receive your email address, name and the contents of your message.
• Job applications — if you apply for a role, we receive your resume and any information you choose to include.
• Feedback and support requests — details you share when reporting an issue or suggesting an improvement.

2.2 Product-Specific Information

Prerna AI — health & wellness data. To provide coaching, Prerna AI collects information you choose to share, such as your wellness goals, height, weight, activity level, diet and nutrition details, sleep patterns, mood, habits and reminders. When you talk to the AI coach, the app uses your device's microphone; your voice conversations and chats may be processed, transcribed and stored securely so we can hold the conversation, maintain your coaching history and improve your experience. We treat health and wellness data as sensitive information: we collect it only with your consent, we never sell it, and we never use it for advertising. You can delete your wellness data and conversation history at any time from within the app or by contacting us.

Pragati360 — business & marketing data. Pragati360 collects the business and brand details you provide, the content, images and assets you upload or generate, and your scheduling preferences. When you connect a social media or marketing account (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X or Google Business Profile), we receive secure authorisation tokens through each platform's official login (OAuth) — we never see or store your passwords for those platforms. We also receive basic account metadata and post performance analytics (such as page name, reach and engagement) so we can show you reports. Content is created and published to your connected accounts only as configured and authorised by you, and you can disconnect any account at any time from within Pragati360 or from the platform's own settings, which revokes our access.

CodeYourCraft — learning & contest data. CodeYourCraft collects your profile and education details, the code and solutions you submit, your contest entries, scores, rankings, badges, certificates and learning progress. Your username, avatar, scores and ranks may appear on public leaderboards visible to other users — please choose a username you are comfortable displaying publicly. If a contest offers prizes, we may ask winners for the details needed to deliver the prize and to meet legal or tax requirements.

2.3 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages or screens viewed, features used, time spent, taps and interactions, crash logs and performance diagnostics.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, app version, language, screen size, and unique advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID).
• Approximate location — derived from your IP address, used for analytics and to serve region-appropriate content and ads. We do not collect precise GPS location unless an app explicitly requests that permission and you grant it.

2.4 Payments

Some of our products — currently Prerna AI and Pragati360 — offer paid subscriptions or paid features; CodeYourCraft is currently free to use. If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, the payment is processed by Google Play's billing system or by a reputable third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation of the transaction (such as the plan purchased and payment status) but we never receive or store your full card number, CVV or banking passwords. Payment processors handle your payment details under their own privacy policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, maintain and improve our website, apps and products — including personalising your coaching in Prerna AI, generating and publishing content you schedule in Pragati360, and running contests, scoring and leaderboards in CodeYourCraft;
• To create and manage your account and authenticate you;
• To respond to your emails, support requests and job applications;
• To send service communications such as reminders you set, contest notifications and important updates about your account (marketing messages are sent only where permitted, and you can opt out at any time);
• To analyse usage so we can fix bugs and improve features;
• To display advertising (including personalised advertising, where you consent) that keeps many of our products free — we never use your Prerna AI health and wellness data or the content of your private conversations for advertising;
• To maintain fairness and integrity in CodeYourCraft contests (for example, detecting plagiarism or cheating);
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues, fraud or abuse;
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Features & Important Health Disclaimer

Our products use artificial intelligence, including AI models operated by trusted third-party AI service providers, to deliver features such as voice and chat coaching in Prerna AI, automated content generation in Pragati360, and learning assistance and evaluation in CodeYourCraft. When you use these features, the relevant inputs (for example, your messages, voice audio, prompts or code) are processed by these providers solely to provide the feature to you. We share only what is needed, under agreements that restrict providers from using your personal data for their own purposes.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Please review AI-generated content before relying on it — in Pragati360, you are responsible for the content published to your connected accounts, whether you post it manually or through automation you configure.

We do not use your personal information to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense & AdMob)

We use third-party advertising services, including Google AdSense on our website and Google AdMob in our mobile apps, to display advertisements. Some products or paid plans may be ad-free.

• Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies (on the web) and advertising identifiers (in apps) to serve ads based on your prior visits to our Services and other websites or apps.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Services and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info/choices.
• On Android devices, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of ads personalisation in Settings → Google → Ads.

Third-party ad vendors and networks may also serve ads on our Services. Their use of data is governed by their own privacy policies. For more information on how Google uses data, see policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. As stated above, health and wellness data from Prerna AI is never used for ad targeting.

6. Analytics

We may use analytics services such as Google Analytics and Google Firebase (including Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to understand how our Services are used. These services collect information such as how often users visit, what pages or screens they use, crash reports and performance data. This information is aggregated and does not personally identify you. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

7. Third-Party Services We May Use

• Google Play Services and Google Play Billing
• Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In
• Google AdMob — privacy information
• Google AdSense — privacy information
• Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics — privacy information
• Firebase Crashlytics — privacy information
• Cloud hosting and storage providers that store data on our behalf
• Third-party AI service providers that power AI features, as described in Section 4
• Payment processors, for paid features and subscriptions
• Social media and marketing platform APIs (for accounts you connect in Pragati360), such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Google Business Profile

Data received from platforms you connect is used only to provide the relevant product features and in accordance with each platform's terms. Where any of our products accesses information via Google APIs, our use of that information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your health and wellness data for advertising or marketing purposes. We share information only:

• With the service providers listed above, strictly for the purposes described in this policy;
• With the social media and marketing platforms you connect in Pragati360, when you instruct or schedule content to be published to them;
• With other users, where a feature is designed to be public — for example, your username, avatar, scores and ranks on CodeYourCraft leaderboards;
• When required by law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request;
• To protect the rights, property or safety of Learning Axis, our users or the public;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period (generally within 90 days), except where we must retain certain records for legal, tax, security or contest-integrity reasons. Emails and job applications are retained for a reasonable period and then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.

10. Data Security

We value your trust and use commercially reasonable safeguards — such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your information, including your health and wellness data and voice conversations. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in India and in other countries where we or our service providers (such as cloud hosting, analytics and AI providers) operate. Wherever your information is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy and any safeguards required by applicable law.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please use our Services only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian, as required by applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@learningaxis.in so that we can take appropriate action.

Where any of our apps participates in the Google Play "Designed for Families" programme or is directed at children, that app will comply with the applicable requirements (including COPPA and Google Play Families Policy), serve only certified family-safe ads, and its store listing will link to an app-specific policy where required.

13. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information;
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information;
• Objection / restriction — object to or restrict certain processing;
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (e.g., personalised ads or health data in Prerna AI), withdraw it at any time;
• Complain — lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@learningaxis.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law (including the GDPR for users in the EEA/UK and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable). Users in India may also raise grievances with us at the same address; we will acknowledge and address them within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.

14. App Permissions

Our mobile apps request only the permissions they need to function, and each permission is used solely for its stated purpose. For example:

• Microphone — used by Prerna AI only during voice conversations with the AI coach;
• Camera / photos — used to set a profile picture or to upload images and brand assets (for example, in Pragati360);
• Notifications — used to send reminders you set, contest alerts and important updates;
• Network access — used to load content, sync your data and show ads where applicable.

You can review and revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Revoking a permission may limit the related feature (for example, voice calls require microphone access) but the rest of the app will continue to work.

15. Account & Data Deletion Requests

You can delete your account and associated data at any time:

• In the app — where available, use Settings → Account → Delete Account inside the relevant product (Prerna AI, Pragati360 or CodeYourCraft);
• By email — write to info@learningaxis.in from your registered email address, mentioning the product name and your username or registered details. We will verify the request, delete your account and associated data as described in Section 9, and confirm once complete.

Deleting your Pragati360 account also revokes our access tokens to your connected social media and marketing accounts. Certain limited records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing and tax records), and residual copies may persist in secure backups for a short period before being purged.

16. Links to Other Sites

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes may also be announced within our Services. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
